What we use today

• Session cookies. Standard short-lived cookies set by our framework so you can move between pages without losing context. Required for the site to function. They expire when you close your browser.
• Demo session ID. A random identifier stored in browser storage so the in-browser voice demo can connect across the call without making you sign in. Cleared when you close the browser tab.
• CSRF token. A security cookie that protects forms from cross-site request forgery. Required.

What we don't use

• No Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar.
• No advertising cookies (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads conversion tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag).
• No third-party fingerprinting or device-matching scripts.
• No "remarketing" or "retargeting" tags.

If we add any of these in the future, we will update this page and add a clear consent prompt before they run.

Third-party context

Some legitimate third parties may be reached during your session:

• Typography CDN. Loads the display, body, and monospace typefaces from a font provider. Sends your IP and User-Agent only. No cookies set.
• Live demo voice stack. When you ask Luna to call your phone, the call routes through our production voice providers. No browser cookies set; the only persistent record is the inbound call to your phone and the consent flag we capture before placing it.
• Booking page. When you click "Book a demo," you're sent to a third-party scheduling tool. That tool's own cookie policy applies on their domain.
• Payment processor. If you become a paying customer, our payment processor sets its own cookies on its checkout page. That processor's cookie policy applies there.

Your choice

You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings. The session cookies will be re-set the next time you visit. Disabling all cookies in your browser will break the site. The framework needs them to function.

Changes

If our cookie usage materially changes, the date at the top of this page will update and we will surface a notice on the site. Email hello@thechattyai.com with any questions.
