How long does setup actually take?

One thirty-minute onboarding call. We train Luna, Lucy, and Aria on your services, pricing, service areas, and emergency rules. You go live the next day. No portal to learn, no prompts to write.

What if Luna can't handle a question?

Luna is trained on your business specifics. For questions outside her knowledge, she collects the customer's information and has you follow up. She never makes up answers or quotes prices she's not sure about. Your reputation is protected.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing business number. Customers call the same number they always have. Behind the scenes, those calls forward to Luna or Lucy. From your customers' perspective, nothing changes, except someone actually answers.

What about my existing scheduling system?

Luna and Lucy sync with Google Calendar and Cal.com out of the box. They see your real-time availability and book appointments directly to your calendar. You get SMS and email notifications for every booking. For other systems, our Enterprise plan includes custom integrations.

Do you handle Spanish-speaking customers?
